The 1% Ecom Club — 2X Profit Guarantee

Overview

The 2X Profit Guarantee ("the Guarantee") is our commitment to members of The 1% Ecom Club ("the Club", "we", "us"). In short: if you join the Club, stay a member for a full 12 months, and genuinely do the work as we define it below, and you have not made a profit, then we will buy your business from you for a sum equal to twice the total membership fees you have paid since joining.

This is a serious commitment on our part, so the requirements below are specific and non-negotiable. They exist to make sure the Guarantee only applies to members who have actually followed the programme and given themselves a real chance of success. Please read them carefully before joining on the basis of the Guarantee.

1. Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for the Guarantee, all of the following must be true:

1. You have joined The 1% Ecom Club as a paying member.
2. You have remained a continuous, active, paid-up member for a period of no fewer than 12 consecutive months from your original join date, with no lapse, cancellation, or gap in your membership.
3. You have completed every one of the "Doing the Work" criteria set out in Section 2 within that 12-month period.

If any one of these is not met, the Guarantee does not apply.

2. "Doing the work" — required criteria

For the purposes of the Guarantee, "doing the work" means implementing our strategies, consistently, over your 12-month membership. To qualify, you must be able to demonstrate that, within your 12-month membership period, you have completed all of the following:

1. Niche: You have chosen a niche in accordance with our niche training and validated it using our tool. (If you already had a niche when you joined, you have run it through our tool and pivoted it where our tool indicated this was necessary.)
2. Suppliers: You have landed at least 7 suppliers using our supplier framework, each of which meets our supplier criteria.
3. Paid ads: You have implemented our Google Ads system, and it has been running live for at least 6 months.
4. On-page SEO: You have implemented our on-page SEO framework across your product pages.
5. Avalanche SEO: You have implemented our Avalanche SEO strategy on at least 100 blog posts.
6. Lead magnets: You have deployed lead magnets on your top 20 traffic pages, live for at least 3 months.
7. Coaching calls: You have attended at least 10 coaching calls.
8. Ads audit: You have requested at least 1 free ads audit from our team.
9. Site audit: You have requested at least 1 free site audit from our team.

Completing all of the above is what it means to do the work, follow the programme, and give yourself the best possible chance of success.

3. How to claim

If you have met all of the requirements in Sections 1 and 2, you become eligible to claim the Guarantee once your 12-month membership period is complete.

To make a claim, direct-message Jayden Clark inside the Skool community within 30 days of the 12-month anniversary of your join date. We will then review your account and validate that every criterion above has been met.

You agree to provide, on request, reasonable evidence and access needed for us to verify each criterion — this may include (without limitation) your store analytics, Google Ads account, SEO and blog records, lead-magnet pages, coaching-call attendance, and your audit requests. We reserve the right to decline a claim where the criteria cannot be reasonably evidenced.

4. What we pay

Where a claim is validated, we will purchase your business from you for a sum equal to exactly two times (2X) the total membership fees you have paid to the Club since you joined.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• "Membership fees" means only the amounts you have paid to The 1% Ecom Club for your membership. It does not include advertising spend, product or inventory costs, software or third-party tool costs, taxes, or any other cost of running your business.
• The purchase is a purchase of your business (and its associated assets, as agreed), and will be completed by way of a separate, standard business-sale agreement between you and us. Completion is conditional on that agreement being signed and on you being able to transfer the business with good title.

5. General conditions

• The Guarantee is personal to the member and may only be claimed once.
• All information you provide in support of a claim must be accurate and given in good faith. We may reject any claim that is found to rely on false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Nothing in these terms is a promise or projection of any specific level of earnings. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort, market conditions, and execution. The Guarantee is the only commitment we make regarding your financial outcome, and it applies solely on the terms set out above.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the date you join is the version that applies to you.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
